Fits all wheelwriters - This pad will eventually break down and cause the print hammer to fail to strike the printwheel. This will cause the machine to stop printing. This is a reconditioned part

Could not be happier with the part and support in repairing the typewriter. The video on how to replace part was easy to follow and other than getting the cover snapped back on, the typewriter is working beautifully again. It is much needed around tax time for all those aggravating forms with all those lines and boxes.

The cap is solid, feels more durable than the original. Should hopefully give us a few more years of life out of our machine.

Service very good. Will be ordering other items soon. Cap not same as 1984 original. Glad original was larger and a bear to install. It works.
Service was GREAT, faster than expected. The part fit without a problem and the machine is working like new. I'll be back in 30 years for another one. ;-)
