Brother quit making the wheels so I was glad to find the rarotype brother compatible one. It worked perfectly. I dont know if anyone else said this or not but you have to line up the pin, insert the daisywheel then hit "CODE - RESET" in order to get it set correctly. Thanks

I bought this for a friend of mine, age 86, who still uses a typewriter to communicate with friends. I took it over and put it in his typewriter and he loves it. Could not have achieved this without the help of Jim Riegert who really helped me get the right wheel for my friend. If there's a need to buy more, we'll come back to typewriters.com and we'll ask for Jim.

Delivery time was excellent. But for whatever reason, it still won't align properly. It does fit properly.
Was the exact replacement for my Brother typewriter., same font, same font size. It was plug and play. A few weeks earlier, I had purchased another Daisywheel from another retailer. It came as a package with the wheel, two ink films and a correction tape, none of which I needed. The Daisy wheel was a CURSIVE font (NOT mentioned in the product description) and one of the letters would not print correctly. I'm trying to return the item, but the company is not responsive. Wish I knew about this company first! 5 stars.
