Shipping available to virtually any U.S. address
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
All returns that are not the result of our own error are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly.
Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper is typically 5 to 10 business days.
Once we receive your return, processing typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to process the refund request.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of an item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

The 30-day return policy applies to most new, unopened merchandise. Separately, reconditioned typewriters purchased from Typewriters.com include a 90-day limited warranty covering eligible defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
For an approved warranty claim, Typewriters.com may choose to repair the typewriter, replace it, or issue a refund. Please see our Warranty Policy for complete coverage, exclusions, and claim information.
